Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free trial

New studios get a 14-day Pro trial with no payment card required. When the trial ends, your studio moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. We will never charge you without your express consent.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Before you pay, checkout shows the price, billing frequency and that the plan renews automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe. If we offer annual plans, we'll remind you by email before each annual renewal.

Cancel anytime, online, in one click

Go to Billing → Manage subscription → Cancel. You don't need to call, email or talk to anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep paid features until then, and we send a confirmation by email. After that your studio moves to the Free plan.

Refunds

Because you can cancel at any time and keep access through the period you've paid for, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where we've charged you in error. If something went wrong, email billing@konahmedia.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll make it right. EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the first purchase; by starting a paid plan immediately, you ask us to begin providing the Service during that period, and if you withdraw we'll refund you minus a proportional amount for the days used.

Price changes

We'll notify you at least 30 days before a price increase applies to your subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments and your files

If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you. Your galleries stay online during a 30-day grace period. After that, your studio may move to the Free plan. If your content is over the Free plan's storage limit, uploads pause, and we will not delete anything without at least 60 days' written notice and a chance to export or upgrade.

Deleting your studio

You can delete your studio anytime in Settings. Content is removed from active storage promptly and from backups within 90 days. Export your data first — deletion can't be undone.
