Acceptable Use Policy
KONAH Studio is for professional creative work. To keep it safe for everyone, you and anyone you share content with may not use the Service to:
- Child safety: upload, share or link to any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors. We have zero tolerance. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, preserve evidence as the law requires, cooperate with law enforcement, and permanently terminate the account.
- Share intimate or sexual images of anyone without their consent, or any content showing sexual violence.
- Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
- Harass, threaten, defame or promote violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
- Create deceptive "deepfakes" of real people without their consent, or use KONAH AI to deceive, impersonate others, or generate unlawful content.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk email, use purchased email lists, or misuse client contact information.
- Distribute malware, phish, or attempt to access accounts, data or systems without authorization.
- Scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service, or bypass storage, rate or security limits.
- Use the Service as a general public file-hosting or content-distribution network unrelated to your creative business.
- Break any law, including export-control and sanctions laws.
Enforcement
We may remove content, disable links, suspend or terminate accounts, and report to authorities when we believe this policy has been violated. We don't pre-screen all content, but we may use automated tools to detect known illegal material and abuse.
