Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients open a private link on any phone or computer to view, favorite, download and message you. You can add a PIN or an expiry date to any gallery.
How big can my video files be?
Up to 50 GB per file. Uploads are split into chunks and resume automatically if your connection drops.
Is storage really shared between photos and video?
Yes. There are no separate video caps. A gigabyte is a gigabyte, whatever you upload.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Invite shooters, editors and assistants with their own roles. Pro and Studio include unlimited seats.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel in one click from Billing. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then move to the Free plan. We never delete files without 60 days' notice, and you can export everything at any time.
Does KONAH AI use my photos to train models?
No. KONAH AI only uses the text you type to write copy for you. Your images and videos are never used to train AI models.
Where are my files stored?
On Cloudflare R2 object storage — the same global network that powers millions of websites — with no download fees for your clients.
I shoot real estate. Does this work for agents?
